What is a "living pace for life?"

A pace where we can take each moment in with our whole selves. A pace where we are not constantly hitting a wall of burnout and depleation. A pace where we are filled up and ready to offer ourselves to others and our world.

Can you imagine?

There are two many parts in life that pull us in all kinds of directions. It's up to us to carve out a way of life that helps us engage life.

The ancients called it a "Rule of Life" or "Spiritual Disciplines" which is not as obscure as it sounds. It's about the quality of the story you are living -- your character, your pursuit of love. It's about paying attention to all the little habits and rythms that make up your life.
